Spouse & Partner Sponsorship

Sponsor your spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner for permanent residence:

• Spouse - Legally married to you
• Common-Law Partner - Living together for at least 12 months
• Conjugal Partner - In relationship for at least 12 months but unable to live together
• Processing Time - 12-15 months for most applications
• Fee - TB$1,080 (sponsorship fee + principal applicant fee)
• Medical Exam - Required for sponsored person

Dependent Children

Sponsor your dependent children for permanent residence:

• Age Requirement - Under 22 years old and unmarried
• Over 22 - Eligible if financially dependent due to mental/physical condition
• Biological or Adopted - Both biological and legally adopted children eligible
• Processing Time - 8-12 months when included with spouse application
• Fee - TB$150 per child
• Documentation - Birth certificates, adoption papers if applicable

Parents & Grandparents Program

Annual program to sponsor parents and grandparents:

• Annual Intake - Limited number of applications accepted each year
• Interest to Sponsor - Must submit form during intake period
• Income Requirements - Must meet minimum income for 3 consecutive years
• Undertaking - 20-year commitment to provide financial support
• Processing Time - 20-24 months after invitation to apply
• Fee - TB$1,050 per parent/grandparent

Sponsor Eligibility Requirements

To sponsor a family member, you must:

• Status - Be a ToadVille Bay citizen or permanent resident
• Age - Be at least 18 years old
• Financial - Meet minimum income requirements and sign undertaking
• Criminal Record - No serious criminal convictions
• Previous Sponsorships - Must have fulfilled any previous undertakings
• Bankruptcy - Not be in default of court-ordered support payments

1. Check Eligibility - Ensure you and your family member meet requirements
2. Gather Documents - Collect all required forms and supporting documents
3. Pay Fees - Submit application fees and biometrics fees
4. Submit Application - Send complete application package
5. Biometrics - Sponsored person provides fingerprints and photo
6. Medical Exam - Sponsored person completes medical examination
7. Interview - May be required for some applications
8. Decision - Receive final decision and landing documents
