Accepted Payment Methods
How to pay your immigration fees:
- Online Payment - Credit card, debit card, or online banking
- Bank Draft - Certified cheque or bank draft in ToadVille Pesos
- Money Order - Postal money order or certified money order
- Credit Cards Accepted - Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Payment Receipt - Must include receipt with your application
- Currency - All payments must be in ToadVille Pesos (TB$)
- Processing Fee - Additional TB$2.50 for online credit card payments
- Refund Policy - Fees are generally non-refundable
Fee Exemptions & Reductions
Who qualifies for fee reductions or exemptions:
- Financial Hardship - May qualify for fee exemption with documentation
- Protected Persons - Refugees and protected persons may be exempt
- Victims of Human Trafficking - Special fee exemptions available
- Dependent Children - Reduced fees for children under 22
- Family Applications - Reduced fees when applying as a family
- Correction Applications - No fee for correcting government errors
- How to Apply - Submit request with supporting documentation
